Nationwide Dam and Levee Safety Inspections

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District

Affinis was selected for a 5-year, $6 Million, nationwide indefinite delivery (ID) contract to provide safety inspections for dams and levees throughout the United States. We are leading a multi-discipline team of design professionals with ample capacity and specialty expertise to complete multiple task orders and assignments concurrently.

Our work efforts include conducting engineering and/or periodic inspections of water-retaining structures and associated appurtenant structures. USACE structures include levees, earthen dams, concrete gravity dams, river locks, pump stations, spillways, and bridges. For the levees, results of our inspections will be entered into the Levee Inspection Systems (LIS) database.

In addition to the field inspections, our team conducts pre-inspection briefings, develops project schedules, attends progress meetings, collaborates with USACE staff and local project sponsors, reviews as-constructed information, recommend repairs and improvements, and prepares draft and final inspection reports.

Task Order:
DK01, Omaha District – 27 levees
DK02, Omaha District – 4 levees
DK03, Omaha District – 8 levees
DK04, Omaha District – 13 levees
