William LaClair

A Design Technician, William helps prepare design documents that move our communities forward. Working closely with our engineering team, he creates computer-generated drawings by following established standards and procedures.

If you see me outside of work, I’m probably out with my family, walking our dogs, or shopping for my next project around the house.

What did you want to be growing up?
As a kid, I was fascinated with dinosaurs and wanted to be an archeologist.

What would you have for your last meal?
I would have BBQ burnt ends and ribs, baked beans, coleslaw, and potato salad, followed by warm beignets for dessert.

List your favorite things to do in Kansas City.
Some of my favorite things to do are shopping and eating at the Kansas City River Market, visiting Science City at Union Station, and attending Royals and Chiefs games.
