For decades, Wayne has worked for municipalities and departments of transportation. He has extensive experience managing and scheduling thoroughfare, preservation, rehabilitation, and street reconstruction programs, as well as leading teams. Given his background, he knows what our clients need to move their communities forward and how to help them achieve their goals.
What did you want to be growing up?
Either a dentist or a pharmacist
My favorite place is Manhappiness, KS with my family.
I’m happiest when watching a K-State victory at Bill Snyder Family Stadium with my family.
