- Tennessee: Pulled pork sandwich
- Texas: Sheet cake with vanilla Blue Bell ice cream
- Washington State: Smoked salmon
- Missouri: Burnt ends
- Kentucky: Hot brown
- Michigan: Detroit style pizza
