SW Third Street Improvements

View High Drive to SW Pryor Road, Lee’s Summit, Missouri

Affinis completed a concept study and final plans for SW Third Street from View High Drive to SW Pryor Road. Along this 2.5-mile corridor, we expanded the existing 2-lane roadway to 4- and 5-lane sections to handle the increasing amount of traffic. This roadway is a major east-west arterial for Lee’s Summit, serving several large residential developments, a rapidly developing commercial and retail area, and Cedar Creek Elementary School.
