Due to the use of federal funds, Affinis was intimately involved with the Missouri Department of Transportation and other agencies to provide a project on schedule and within the budget set by both the City and the State. We worked directly with Linda Rottinghaus on this project. I found working with Linda, along with everyone else with Affinis, to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about all aspects of this complicated project and would recommend their services to others.
